Conference Registration

*Online registration is closed.  Onsite registration will open Sunday, August 19 outside of Superior East located on the second floor of the Westin Michigan Avenue.


The 2012 GMIS International conference program will be held at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL. The conference begins with a welcome reception on Sunday, August 19, at 6:00 pm, and will conclude on Wednesday, August 22, with the closing gala.

Note: Member and non-member registrations include admission to all regular conference events (but not optional events such as golf), exclusive of hotel, travel, and other incidentals. Companion registrations include conference meals and other social events, but do not include admission to the exhibition hall, keynote speakers, conference sessions or optional events.

Payment or Purchase Order must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Payments made after their due dates may be subject to the applicable rate at that time.

Hotel Information
Room reservations may be made directly with the Westin Michigan Avenue no later than August 10, 2012. Rooms are available at $199 single/double plus tax per night.

Substitutions
Substitute attendees may be named at any time provided that notification of substitution is submitted in writing from the original registrant. No substitutions will be taken by phone.

Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the following limitations:

· No cancellations will be taken by phone.
· Refunds may be requested on or prior to July 20, 2012.
· No refunds will be given after July 20, 2012 however a substitution will be accepted at the registration desk with a letter of authorization from the registered participant.
